Bionemo makes use of pathways and reactions defined by the University of Minessota Biocatalysis/Biodegradation Database (UM-BBD). We thank UM-BBD for making available such invaluable resource. We have tried not to replicate information already available at UM-BBD. Pathways in Bionemo are only a way to display information within a biological structure and we provide minimal information about reactions, besides the specific information compiled by us. Pathways, reactions and compounds in Bionemo are, when possible, connected by a link to UM-BBD. We encourage our users to visit UM-BBD for complete biochemical information.
